Our new PowerTec Tour Electric Golf Trolley is covered by a full 12 month warranty this warranty covers all aspects of the golf trolley, battery and charger.
Spare Parts
We make it our responsibility to keep all replacement parts in stock however if this is not the case we will replace the faulty part with a suitable part even if it means changing the whole system.
Batteries
We supply all of our trolleys with UK spec Leoch batteries these batteries have a full 12 month warranty with Leoch. Full leoch warranty conditions on request.
We supply Lithium Go batteries which come with a full 36 month warranty. Full Lithium Go warranty conditions on www.lithiumgo.com
Any faulty battery will be replaced we do not offer a refund for batteries. Any misuse of your battery from overcharging or if the battery has been dropped in any way will not be covered by warranty.
As always the customer comes first should you feel you need to talk to us about your trolley warranty or have any question regarding the warranty details please let us know.
Your statutory rights are not effected.
Returns
Should you feel you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be in original packaging and in a new condition any items used will not be refunded. If you have purchased online you are responsible for carriage. Please note in the case of batteries we have battery testing centers throughout Ireland.
*Replacement trolley is not available to trolleys sold on any offer deal and will also not be offered if we cannot find a fault with your returned trolley simply returning your trolley saying it is not doing 18 holes (due to battery) or that you are not happy with your trolley will not qualify you for a replacement trolley.
